INGREDIENTS
- ½ cup idli batter
- ¼ Cup Carrot puree
- A pinch of salt
- ¼ tsp soda bi carbonate
- ½ cup idli batter
- ¼ tsp soda bi carbonate
- 2 tbsp Spinach Puree
- A pinch of salt
- ¾ cup idli batter
- ¼ tsp soda bi carbonate
- A pinch of salt
- Oil for making dosa
- chutney and sambhar

METHOD
- Mix in the carrot puree in ½ Cup Idli Batter.
- Add in pinch of salt , soda bi carbonate.
- Mix well.
- Add pinch of salt, soda bi carbonate in the normal idli batter.
- Mix well
- Grease a dosa pan with oil.
- Pour in green batter with a spoon and make a small dosa.
- Around the green part, pour in a spoon of white batter and spread like a ring.
- Followed by the orange batter in the end.
- Cook for a minute, flip until nice and crispy.
- Serve hot with chutney and sambhar.
