INGREDIENTS

    For the Orange Batter

    • ½ cup idli batter
    • ¼ Cup Carrot puree
    • A pinch of salt
    • ¼ tsp soda bi carbonate

    For the Green batter

    • ½ cup idli batter
    • ¼ tsp soda bi carbonate
    • 2 tbsp Spinach Puree
    • A pinch of salt

    For the white batter

    • ¾ cup idli batter
    • ¼ tsp soda bi carbonate
    • A pinch of salt

    Other ingredients

    • Oil for making dosa

    To serve

    • chutney and sambhar

METHOD

    For the Orange batter

    1. Mix in the carrot puree in ½ Cup Idli Batter.
    2. Add in pinch of salt , soda bi carbonate.
    3. Mix well.

    For the White batter

    1. Add pinch of salt, soda bi carbonate in the normal idli batter.
    2. Mix well

    How to proceed

    1. Grease a dosa pan with oil.
    2. Pour in green batter with a spoon and make a small dosa.
    3. Around the green part, pour in a spoon of white batter and spread like a ring.
    4. Followed by the orange batter in the end.
    5. Cook for a minute, flip until nice and crispy.
    6. Serve hot with chutney and sambhar.
