BOONDI AND PINEAPPLE RAITA


Boondi and Pineapple Raita is the best accompaniment to serve with Biryanis or like a salad to serve inlunch or dinner. This is a twist on the classic boondi raita. Sweet and salty makes a perfect combination. Just the addition of Pineapples, takes this raita to a whole other level. do try this and serve o your next lunch/dinner party and pair with your favourite biryani.

INGREDIENTS

    • 2 cups curds
    • ½ cup boondi
    • ½ cup chopped pineapple (tinned pineapple)
    • Salt and chilli powder to taste
    • 2 tsp chopped coriander

METHOD

    1. In a bowl stir the curds till they form a smooth texture.
    2. Add the boondi, pineapple, salt, chilli powder to taste.
    3. Garnish with chopped coriander
    4. Serve immediately
