CHILI CHEESE TOAST
who doesn’t love a good slice of chilli cheese toat ? the perfect combination of spicy and cheese, these two flavours go hand in hand and it tastes so so good. Here is our version of the classic chilli cheese toast. We have used two types of cheese which makes it all the cheesier and creamy. Green chillies give it the perfect flavour kick it needs. You can add in herbs to flavour the toast. Chilli Cheese Toast is a quick and easy appetizer, snack, or breakfast recipe made with bread, cheese, chilies, and herbs. This popular Indian street food is crispy, cheesy, and spicy. Super easy to make at home in a jiffy and kids favourite. Perfect to serve in your parties and school lunchboxes too!

INGREDIENTS
- 2 Bread slices
- ½ Cup grated cheese
- ¼ cup grated Mozzarella cheese
- 1 tsp finely chopped Green Chillies
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 tbsp Butter
- ½ tsp oregano
- ¼ tsp chilli flakes

METHOD
- In a bowl mix together all the ingredients.
- Mix together all the ingredients until well combined.
- Apply the butter on the bread slices and lightly grill the toast in the oven.
- Remove from the oven and add the filling on the grilled bread slices.
- Bake this for 3-4 minutes in a preheated oven at 180C.
- Serve hot immediately once it turns crispy.
- Cut the toast into pieces and serve.
