CHOCOLATE COATED STRAWBERRIES

Strawberries and chocolates are a matchmade in heaven and they go together like a dream. Fresh strawberries and dark chocolate brought together makes the best combination! This recipe even though made with such easy ingredients, taste absolutely out of the world. It takes the normal strawberries dipped in chocolate dessert to a whole new level. So easy to make yet so very elegant and tasty, loved by all and appealing to the eye too! Do not skip the oil in the recipe, it is to give the consistency to the chocolate. INGREDIENTS
- 6-7 Washed and clean strawberries (cut the green part)
- ½ cup Chopped Dark chocolate
- 1 ½ tbsp Olive oil
- mint leaves
For garnish
METHOD
- In a double boiler melt the dark chocolate along with the oil.
- Mix well until the chocolate is melted.
- In a tall glass add in the washed strawberries.
- Pour over the chocolate sauce, garnish with mint leaves, and serve immediately.
