INGREDIENTS
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1 cup icing sugar
- ½ cup cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 8 tbsp whipped cream
METHOD
- Beat butter and Icing Sugar in a bowl with the help of an electric beater until smooth.
- Add in the cocoa powder, vanilla essence and whipped cream and beat again.
- Beat the mixture until you achieve soft peaks and then rest it in the fridge for 15- 20 minutes.
- The frosting is ready, you can use the frosting by piping out through a piping bag and decorate cakes.
