INGREDIENTS
- ¼ Cup fresh cream
- ¾ cup dark chocolate
- 1 Cup Whipped Cream
- ¼ cup whipped cream
- 1 tbsp grated dark chocolate
To garnish
METHOD
- In a pan heat fresh cream and add chopped dark chocolate.
- Mix well and let the chocolate melt properly.
- Once the mixture is smooth, let it cool down.
- Once cooled down, fold in the whipped cream gently.
- Once mixed thoroughly, fill up a piping bag with the mousse.
- Pipe out the mousse in shot glasses.
- Garnish with some more whipped cream and grated chocolate.
- You can set it in bowls also.
- Set in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.
