CORN POTATO CHEESE TOAST

INGREDIENTS
- 4 slices bread
- ½ tsp butter
- For the filling
- ¼ cup boiled sweet corn
- 2 tbsp finely chopped paneer
- ¼ cup finely chopped boiled potatoes
- ¼ tsp green chilli paste
- ¼ tsp oregano
- ¼ tsp thyme
- 1/3 rd Cup White sauce
- 2 tbsp cheese
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp butter
- 1 tbap chopped onions
- 1 tbsp chopped coriander
- 1tbsp cheese
For garnish
METHOD
- Cut out bread slices into desired shapes with a cookie cutter.
- Spread butter on the toast and bake at 180C for 5 minutes.
- In a pan, heat some butter and saute onions, thyme, oregano, green chilly paste.
- Add in the chopped potatoes, paneer and sweet corn.
- Mix in white sauce, cheese, coriander and salt to taste. Cook for a minute.
- Transfer to a bowl and set aside.
- Spread a spoonful of the filling on the toasted bread.
- Top up with some grated cheese and bake again for 10 minutes at 180C on until nicely toasted.
- Serve hot with some Tabasco sauce or ketchup.
