INGREDIENTS
- 2 tbsp yellow moongdal (soak 2-3 hours)
- 2 chopped garlic cloves
- ¼ tsp ginger chilly paste
- ¼ cup wheat flour
- ½ tbsp rava
- ¼ tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp finely chopped coriander
- Pinch of turmeric powder
- Pinch red chilli powder
- Pinch garam masala
- Salt to taste

METHOD
- In a blender jar, blend the soaked dal, garlic and ginger green chilli paste.
- Blend until smooth.
- In a plate mix together all the ingredients along with the dal paste.
- Knead a soft dough. Roll out medium sized puris.
- Heat oil for frying and fry the puris.
- Alternatively you can make parathas and puris from the mixture.
- Serve hot.
