- 8 apple slices (hole cut out in the centre)
- ½ cup maida
- ¼ tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp sugar
- ½ cup milk
- Pinch of salt
- Oil for frying
- 2 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1 tsp powdered sugar

- In a bowl mix together all the ingredients and make a smooth batter.
- Coat the apple slices in the batter.
- Heat oil for frying and fry these coated apple slices until golden brown.
- In a bowl mix together cinnamon and powdered sugar.

- Serve hot immediately.
