- ¼ cup chilled curd
- 2 tbsp beetroot puree
- Salt and pepper to taste
- ¼ cup chilled curd
- 2 tbsp spinach puree
- Salt pepper to taste
- ¼ cup chilled curd
- 2 tbsp carrot puree
- Pinch of turmeric powder
- Salt pepper to taste
- Tamarind chutney
- Black salt
- Jeera powder
- Red chilli powder
- Chopped green coriander leaves

- In a bowl mix everything together.
