GOBI 65

This dish is also featured on the legendary film Tarla so here`s our version of the Gobi 65. A lovely twist to a simple ingredient, this recipe will get your kid`s to eat cauliflower everyday.

INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups par boiled cauliflower florets
- ½ cup curds
- 1 tsp garam masala
- ½ tsp chilli powder
- ½ tsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp oil
- 1 tsp coriander
- Sal to taste
- ½ tsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp rice flour
- 2 tbsp corn flour
- Oil
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tbsp curds
- A pinch of salt

METHOD
- Mix all the ingredients to marinate together.
- Add to the cauliflower florets and let it stay for 3 minutes.
- Add the rice flour and corn flour to the cauliflower florets.
- Deep fry or air fry the cauliflower.
- In a vessel heat the oil, add the cumin seeds and saute.
- Add the cauliflower florets, curds , chilli powder and a pinch of salt.
- Saute for 15 seconds.
- Serve immediately with toothpicks.
