INGREDIENTS
- ½ cup wheat flour
- ½ cup chopped green garlic (green part)
- ½ tsp garlic ginger paste
- ½ tsp Sesame seeds
- ¼ tsp red chili powder
- Pinch of hing
- ½ tsp Jeera powder
- ¼ tsp garam masala
- ½ tsp chaat masala
- 1 tbsp spring onion green part
- Salt to taste
- ½ tbsp Oil
Oil to make the parathas
METHOD
- In a plate, add in all the ingredients and mix well.
- Knead a soft dough with water.
- Divide into 5 equal portions and roll out parathas.
- Heat oil in a pan and cook parathas on both the sides.
- Serve hot.
