INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup boiled spinach
- ¼ cup coriander
- 2 tbsp mint leaves
- 1 green chilli
- 4-5 garlic cloves
- ¾ cup water
- ½ cup chopped green capsicum
- ½ cup chopped boiled cauliflower
- ½ cup boiled green peas
- ½ cup boiled mashed potatoes
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp Jeera
- ½ cup chopped onions
- 1/2 cup chopped tomato
- Salt to taste
- ¼ tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tbsp pav bhaji masala
- 1 tsp garam masala
- ½ tsp coriander powder
- ½ tsp kasturi methi
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp chopped coriander

METHOD
- Blend everything together in a blender until smooth.
- In a pan heat butter and saute cumin seeds for 15 seconds.
- Add in chopped onions and green capsicum. Saute for a minute.
- Add in chopped tomatoes, green peas, cauliflower and salt to taste. Cook for a minute
- Once done add in rest of the masalas and mashed potato. Cook for a minute
- Mix in lemon juice and spinach puree. Mix well and with the help of a masher
- mash the bhaji lightly.
- Cook for a minute and finish by adding coriander.
- Serve hot with masala pav.
