INGREDIENTS
- ½ cup rava
- ¼ cup rice flour
- ¼ cup curd
- ½ cup spinach puree
- Salt to taste
- ½ tsp ginger green chilli paste
- ½ cup water
- 2 tbsp chopped tomatoes
- 2 tbsp chopped onions
- Chopped coriander
- Podi masala
For the batter

METHOD
- In a blender jar add in all the ingredients.
- Blend until smooth.
- Transfer this to a bowl.
- Heat a pan and brush oil.
- Pour in spoonful of batter to make uttapams.
- Top up with chopped onions, tomatoes, coriander and podi masala.
- Flip and cook on both the sides until golden brown.
- Serve hot with coconut chutney and sambhar
