KOREAN CUCUMBER SALAD
This is an amazing summer salad. Served chilled and full of flavor. The flavor profile is Korean so it’s sweet spicy and sour altogether! All spice lover’s this one’s for you guys! Made from so easily available ingredients but is loaded with different flavors. It us a very easy recipe and can be made in a jiffy. Enjoy

INGREDIENTS
- 2 Whole Cucumbers (Chopped)
- 1 ½ tbsp Chopped Spring Onions (Green Part)
- ½ tsp Soy Sauce
- ¼ tsp Vinegar
- 3 tsp Honey
- ½ tbsp Sesame Oil
- 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
- 1 tsp Garlic ( Grated )
- Salt and chilli flakes to taste
For garnish
METHOD
- In a bowl, add in sesame seeds, chilli flakes, vinegar, soy sauce, grated garlic, honey, salt, spring onions and pour hot sesame oil over this.
- Make sure the oil is hot. Mix this dressing well.
- In a bowl take chilled chopped cucumbers and mix in this dressing and toss well.
- Add salt to taste.
- Serve cold.
