INGREDIENTS
- 1 ¼ cup boiled kudo millet
- ½ tsp olive oil
- ½ cup mixed boiled vegetables (French beans, carrots, green peas)
- ¼ cup finely chopped onions
- ¼ tsp turmeric powder
- ½ tsp red chilli powder
- ½ tsp lemon juice
- ¼ tsp hing
- ¼ tsp ginger chilly paste
- 3 curry leaves
- ½ tsp mustard seeds
- Salt to taste
METHOD
- In a pan heat oil and sauté mustard seeds, curry leaves, hing and ginger chilly paste.
- Add onions, mixed boiled vegetables and saute.
- Add in turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt to taste and mix well.
- Toss in boiled kudo millet and mix well.
- Cook for a minute and serve hot.
