INGREDIENTS
- 2 Cups Chopped Methi
- 1 tsp Oil
- Pinch of hing
- Salt and chilli powder to taste
- Pinch of soda
- 1 tsp oil
- ¼ cup chopped onions
- ¼ cup chopped tomatoes
- 2bsp finely chopped garlic
- 2 tbsp grated garlic
- ½ tsp jeera
- ¼ tsp hing
- ¼ tsp ginger green chilly paste
- ½ tsp Red chilli powder
- ¼ tsp turmeric powder
- ½ tsp garam masala
- ¼ Cup Besan
- 1 ½ Cup Water

METHOD
- In a pan heat oil and sauté hing, chopped methi leaves, salt & chilli powder, pinch of soda.
- Mix well and Cook for a minute.
- In a bowl mix together all the ingredients.
- Stir well to avoid lumps.
- In a pan heat oil and sauté cumin, hing, garlic, ginger green chilly paste,onions and tomatoes.
- Add in salt, red chilli powder, turmeric, garam masala and the prepared besan mixture. Stir well to avoid lumps and cook for a minute.
- Add in the sauted methi and mix well, cook for 30 seconds.
- Serve hot.
