INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup grated boiled potato
- ½ Cup Flour
- 1 tsp garlic ginger green chilli paste
- 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 1/4 tsp aamchur
- 1/4 tsp kasturi methi
- A Pinch of hing
- 1/4 tsp Jeera
- 1/4 tsp kalonji seeds
- ¾ Cup Water
Oil for making the paratha
METHOD
- In a bowl mix all the ingredients together to form a batter.
- Heat a pan and brush some oil.
- Pour in the batter to make parathas.
- Flip and cook on both the sides.
- Serve hot with pickle and curd.
