MANGO JAM

INGREDIENTS
- 1 ½ cup chopped mangoes
- ½ tbsp lemon juice
- ¼ cup sugar
- Serve with bread, toast, butter or scones.
For garnish
METHOD
- In a pan add in chopped Mangoes and sugar.
- Keep stirring and cook for 4-5 minutes until sugar melts and mangoes turn soft.
- With a masher mash the mangoes and mix well.
- Remove from heat and let the jam cool down.
- Once cooled mix in lemon juice and store in an airtight container jar and refrigerate.
