MANGO SAGO
Make this delicious dessert. the viral Mango Sago is here. Layer the coconut milk with sabudana sago and top with pista and mangoes. Coconut milk and Mangoes suprisingly work together like a dream. Sabudana complements mango and coconut milk beautifully. It is a versionof mango kheer and it is very tasty. do try this and you can even serve in shot glasses too and serve in parties.

INGREDIENTS
- ¼ cup coconut milk
- 1 ½ tbsp curd
- 1 Chopped Mango
- 2 tbsp sugar
- ¼ cup chilled coconut milk
- ½ tsp Cardamom powder
- ¼ Cup Sabudana
- ½ tbsp Chopped Pistachios
- ¼ Cup Chopped Mangoes

METHOD
- In a blender jar, add Coconut Milk, Curd, Chopped Mango and Sugar.
- Blend well and make a smooth paste.
- Soak the sabudana in just enough water for 4 hours. Remove the water.
- Boil Soaked Sabudana for 10 minutes in 1 ½ cup Water till tender.
- Strain the boiled sabudana and run them in cold water once.
- Add in the mango paste to the boiled sabudana and mix well.
- Mix in the cardamom powder in this.
- In small glasses add some coconut milk at the bottom
- Top up with this Sabudana Mixture.
- Garnish with Chopped Mangoes and pistachios. Serve chilled.
