INGREDIENTS

    • 1 cup chopped watermelon
    • 5-6 mint leaves
    • ½ tbsp lemon juice
    • Pink Salt to taste
    • ½ tbsp sabja seeds (soak in water for 1 hour)
    • ½ tbsp gond katira crystals (soak in water for 2-3 hours)
    • Ice cubes

METHOD

    For the gond katira

    1. In a small bowl soak gond katira crystals in ¼ cup water for 2-3 hours.
    2. It will bloom and turn into a jelly like texture.

    How to proceed

    1. In a blender jar add in watermelon, mint leaves, lemon juice, pink salt and ice cubes,
    2. Blend well until smooth.
    3. Strain this mixture.
    4. In a glass add some ice cubes, soaked sabja seeds, soaked gond katira and the watermelon juice.
    5. Serve chilled.
