INGREDIENTS
- 150GMs paneer
- 1 tbsp Coriander powder
- ¼ tsp Cardamom powder
- 2 tbsp Corn flour
- 1 ½ tbsp Maida
- ½ tsp Ginger Green Chilli paste
- Salt to taste
- Oil for frying
- 3 cups boiled spinach
- ½ tsp ginger green chilli paste
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- ¼ cup cashews
- Salt to taste
- ½ tsp turmeric powder
- ½ tsp garam masala
- ¼ cup chopped tomatoes
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp cream
- 2 tbsp water
- ½ tsp jeera
- 1 bayleaf
- ½ tsp kasturi methi
- 2 tbsp oil

METHOD
- In a plate add the crumbled paneer.
- Add in all the other ingredients and mash the mixture with your hands properly for 2 minutes.
- Once mixed together, divide into 8 pieces and make balls of them.
- Heat oil for frying the koftas.
- Fry these filled koftas on medium heat till golden brown.
- Add all the ingredients in a blender and blend into a smooth puree.
- Heat the oil in a vessel add the jeera, bayleas chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, garam masala and saute for 15 seconds.
- Add the cream, spinach puree, kasturi methi, water, salt to taste and cook for one minute.
- Top up the gravy with paneer koftas and serve hot.
