INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup grated raw mango
- 4 Green chillies Chopped
- 7-8 Garlic cloves
- 3 tbsp Peanuts (roasted and deskinned)
- ½ Cup Coriander
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp Oil
METHOD
- In a pan heat oil sauté green chilies and garlic cloves for 1 minute.
- Add in peanuts and salt, sauté until golden brown.
- Add in raw mango and coriander and mix well. Let this cool down.
- Transfer this to a blender and pulse it till you form a paste.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
- Use at your convenience.
