SATTU CHILLA

INGREDIENTS
- ½ Cup sattu flour
- 1 tbsp besan
- ¼ Cup grated carrot
- ¼ Cup finely chopped onion
- ¼ Cup boiled green peas (chopped in half)
- ½ tsp ginger green chilli paste
- ¼ tsp Haldi
- ½ tsp Red chilli powder
- ¾ cup water
- Salt to taste
- Oil to make chillas
- Curds and green chutney
To serve
METHOD
- Mix all the ingredients together well to make a batter.
- Heat a pan and make mini chillas with the batter.
- Brush some oil, flip and cook on both the sides.
- Serve hot with curds and green chutney.
