INGREDIENTS
- ½ Cup Sattu Flour
- 1 tbsp Whole wheat flour
- 1 tbsp Curd
- Pinch of hing (optional)
- 1 tsp oil
- Salt to taste
METHOD
- Mix all the ingredients and knead a soft dough with 3 tbsp warm water.
- Rest the dough for 10 minutes.
- Divide the dough into 4 portions and roll out thin rotis.
- Heat the pan and cook the roti on both sides.
- Serve hot with dal or subzi.
