INGREDIENTS
- ¾ Cup Chopped Dark Chocolate
- 12 Fresh Strawberries
- Melted White Chocolate

METHOD
- In a double boiler, melt the dark chocolate till smooth.
- Hold the strawberries by the tip and coat the strawberries in melted dark chocolate halfway.
- On a plate, line a parchment paper and places these coated strawberries and refrigerate for 10-15 minutes until the chocolate sets.
- Once cooled, drizzle the strawberries with melted white chocolate using a piping bag.
- Refrigerate and serve cold.
