STRAWBERRY BISCUIT PUDDING

INGREDIENTS
- 8 to 10 Marie Biscuits
- 6 Strawberries Sliced
- 4 tbsp Strawberry Crush
- 2 Cups Whipped Cream
- ¼ Cup Chopped Strawberries
- Strawberry crush
For garnish
METHOD
- Take a 6 inch cake tin or a glass bowl and layer with Marie biscuits evenly.
- Stick some sliced strawberries to all sides around the tin.
- Add Cup Whipped cream on the biscuit layer and spread evenly.
- Top up with sliced strawberries and strawberry crush.
- Again layer the biscuits, followed by whipped cream and spread evenly.
- Finish by garnishing with chopped strawberries and strawberry crush.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour and serve cold.
