Sweet Poha Prasad

INGREDIENTS

    • 1 Cup Poha
    • ¾ Cup Milk
    • ¼ Cup Jaggery
    • 1/3 Cup Dessicated Coconut
    • 1 tbsp Ghee
    • 1 tbsp Roasted Cashew nut
    • 1 tbsp Roasted Raisins
    • ¼ tsp Cardamom powder
    • ¼ tsp Fennel powder

METHOD

    1. In a pan heat ghee and sauté dessicated coconut for 30 seconds.
    2. Add in poha and sauté for a minute.
    3. Add in milk, mix well and cover with a lid.
    4. Let the poha soak up the milk and soften up.
    5. Add in jaggery, cardamom powder, fennel powder and mix well.
    6. Cook for 2 minutes until jaggery melts and serve hot.
