INGREDIENTS
- 2 ½ cups yoghurt
- 4 tbsp powdered sugar
- 5 tbsp thandai paste
- 2 tsp rose syrup
- ½ tsp cardamon powder
- 2 tbsp sliced pistachio
- Sliced pistachio
- Rose petals
For garnish
METHOD
- Hang the yoghurt in a wet cloth for 2 hours
- Add rest of the ingredients and mix well.
- Refrigerate and chill for 2 hours.
- Garnish with pistachio nuts and rose petal and serve.
