INGREDIENTS
- ½ Kashmiri red chilli
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1/4 cup tomato chopped
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp water
- ½ tsp Ginger paste
- 2 cups boiled rice
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tsp soya sauce
- 1/4 cup chopped French beans (boiled)
- ¼ cup finely chopped carrots (boiled)
- ¼ cup finely chopped cabbage
- ¼ cup finely chopped spring onion (white part)
- 2 tbsp chopped spring onion (green part)
- ¼ cup crumbled paneer
- Salt to taste

METHOD
- Blend everything together in a blender jar until you get a paste.
- In a pan heat sesame oil and sauté spring onion white part.
- Add in French beans, carrots, cabbage and cook for 2 minutes
- Add in the prepared paste, , soya sauce, salt to taste and crumbled paneer.
- Mix it well cook for 2 minutes and serve hot.
