INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup white flour (maida)
- ½ cup of milk
- 1/2 cup water
- A pinch of salt
- ¼ tsp soda bicarbonate
- Butter
- Butter, honey, maple syrup, grated cheese
For the waffles
For lining the waffle iron
For toppings on the waffle
METHOD
- Mix thoroughly all the ingredients for the waffles in a bowl.
- Heat the waffle iron till the ready button comes on.
- Apply butter with a brush on both sides of the waffle iron.
- Pour the waffle mixture into the waffle iron.
- Keep the waffle iron on till the waffle is ready.
- Remove the waffles from the waffle iron when ready.
- Serve immediately.
- Serve the waffles hot and crisp.
- Apply on the waffle’s toppings of your choice.
