ROASTED CHAI
this is a viral social media trend recipe, but it was worth trying! This one is for all the chai lovers. It is a quick and easy version of our regular chai but it tastes fab! The dry roasted tea gives out an amazing smoky aroma along with the caramelized sugar which gives out a roasted sweet flavour! It is for everyone who loves their tea strong! But do try it and let us know! The aroma and the smoky taste work together like a dream

2 Cups
INGREDIENTS
1 ½ cup milk
2 tbsp tea powder
2 tbsp sugar
2 tsp Crushed Ginger
2 cardamom pods
METHOD
In a pan dry roast tea powder and sugar on a medium flame.
Add in ginger, cardamom pods and mix well.
Keep stirring until the sugar starts caramelizing and you get an aroma.
Add in the milk and let it boil.
Sieve and serve hot.
