ROASTED PEANUTS
The perfect accompaniment on a party evening. This is the best snack recipe for all peanut lovers. You can serve this in parties or just have as a snack. Made from whole peanuts (mungfali/ Kaccha singdana) made from such simple ingredients but tastes very good. You can even store them in an air tight container and use later. INGREDIENTS
1 ½ Cup Whole Peanuts
½ tsp Aamchur
½ tsp Chaat Masala
½ tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp Oil
Salt to taste
METHOD
In a pan, roast some peanuts for 3-4 minutes.
Once done let them cool down for sometime and then remove their skin.
In a separate pan heat oil, add aamchur, chaat Masala, salt to taste, red chilli powder and roasted peanuts.
Mix well and serve.
Store in an air tight container to use later.
