INGREDIENTS
1 litre full fat milk
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp curd
To add later
½ tbsp Rose syrup
Pinch of cardamom powder.
Other ingredients
1 cup milk
½ Cup sugar
METHOD
For the paneer
Boil full fat milk.
Once boiled add in vinegar and curd to curdle the milk. Keep stirring.
Once done, strain the mixture and let the water drain out completely.
For the condensed milk
In a pan add milk and sugar.
Stir well and let it boil.
The milk should be reduced to nearly half the quantity and should get thickened.
Once done, remove from heat.
How to proceed
In a pan mix together crumbled paneer, homemade condensed milk, cardamom powder, Rose syrup. Mix well until well combined.
Cook until the water evaporates. Transfer this to a cake tin greased with ghee.
Spread properly and let it set for 1 hour in refrigerator.
Demould and cut into desired shapes.
Garnish with nuts and serve.
