SABUDANA KHICHDI
Great for fasting. It is tasty and yummy. An amazing recipe for fasting too! A much healthier way of serving the ordinary sabudana wadas. This is so much better than the normal boring khichdi. Say goodbye to your normal khichdi. Try our version of the classic Sabudana Khichadi. Do try it and make your fasting days all the more tastier. super easy to make with just soaked sabudanas.

INGREDIENTS
1 cup sago (sabudana)
2 potatoes (boiled, peeled and cubed)
¼ cup roasted peanuts
1 tbsp oil
Salt to taste
½ tsp chopped green chillies
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tbsp chopped coriander
4 kadi pata
½ tsp lemon juice
½ tsp sugar
METHOD
For the sago
Wash the sago (sabudana). Soak in just enough water for 4 hours.
How to proceed
In a vessel heat the oil, add the cumin seeds, kadi pata, green chillies and saute for ½ minute.
Add the potatoes, peanuts and saute for ½ minute.
Add the sabudana, salt to taste, lemon juice, coriander and cook for 2 minutes.
Serve hot
