Sabudana thaali peeth

INGREDIENTS
1/2cup sabudana pearls (soak for 4 hours
½ cup Peanuts (roasted & blended until pasty )
2 potatoes (peeled, boiled and mashed)
1 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp ginger green chilli paste
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp sugar
Salt to taste
Other ingredients
Oil for making the thalee peeth
METHOD
In a plate mix together all the ingredients and form a dough.
Once done divide the dough into 8 portions.
With your hands, flatten the portions into small thaali peeths.
Heat oil in a pan and roast these thaali peeths with some oil.
Flip and cook on both the sides until golden brown.
Serve hot.
