Sabudana thaali peeth Recipe|Renu dalal

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2cup sabudana pearls (soak for 4 hours
  • ½ cup Peanuts (roasted & blended until pasty )
  • 2 potatoes (peeled, boiled and mashed)
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1/2 tsp ginger green chilli paste
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • Salt to taste

Other ingredients

  • Oil for making the thalee peeth

METHOD

  1. In a plate mix together all the ingredients and form a dough.
  2. Once done divide the dough into 8 portions.
  3. With your hands, flatten the portions into small thaali peeths.
  4. Heat oil in a pan and roast these thaali peeths with some oil.
  5. Flip and cook on both the sides until golden brown.
  6. Serve hot.
