SATTU CHILLA
Sattu is extremely nutritious and high in protein. It is a quick and easy chilla recipe, that can be made in a jiffy. One of the easiest way to include sattu flour in your diet is to make these mini chillas. Such a simple recipe yet tastes so so good. This chilla recipes is perfect to include high protein in your diet. We have a homemade sattu powder recipe too! Sattu atta is a well-known component of Indian cuisine! It`s a high-protein flour produced from powdered roasted chana. You can add your choice of vegetables in the chilla , we have added onions and carrots. Do make this healthy chilla and enjoy!

7 to 8 mini chillas
INGREDIENTS
½ Cup sattu flour
1 tbsp besan
¼ Cup grated carrot
¼ Cup finely chopped onion
¼ Cup boiled green peas (chopped in half)
½ tsp ginger green chilli paste
¼ tsp Haldi
½ tsp Red chilli powder
¾ cup water
Salt to taste
Oil to make chillas
To serve
Curds and green chutney
METHOD
Mix all the ingredients together well to make a batter.
Heat a pan and make mini chillas with the batter.
Brush some oil, flip and cook on both the sides.
Serve hot with curds and green chutney.
