SATTU DRINK
A healthy summer drink made with roasted gram flour called sattu.. Sattu atta is a well-known component of Indian cuisine! It`s a high-protein flour produced from powdered roasted chana. This Sattu Drink is the simplest one that you can try at home. You just require sattu flour and some basic ingredients. This drink is amazing to beat the heat and to enjoy in these scorching summer days. Sattu is extremely nutritious and high in protein. This drink is very god for hydrtation and keeping the body cool in summers. It is a quick and easy recipe, that can be made in a jiffy. One of the easiest way to include sattu flour in your diet is to make this sattu drink. The flavorings and seasonings in the sattu drink tastes so good and refreshing. Both sweet as well as savory notes make this drink with sattu a hit!

1 glass
INGREDIENTS
3 tbsp Sattu Powder
2 tsp Jaggery sugar
6-7 Chopped mint leaves
1 tsp Lemon Juice
½ tsp jeera powder
¼ tsp Chaat masala
Black Salt to taste
Ice cubes
¾ Cup Cold water
METHOD
In a bowl mix together water and sattu powder until well combined.
In a glass add some ice cubes, jaggery sugar, black salt, mint leaves, jeera powder, chaat masala, lemon juice and mix well.
Top up with the sattu mixture.
Serve chilled.
