INGREDIENTS
- 3/4 Cup Sattu flour
- 4 tbsp jaggery sugar
- 1/3 cup desiccated coconut
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
- 1 tsp fennel powder
- 2 tsp ghee
METHOD
- In a pan heat ghee and roast sattu flour for 1 minute.
- Add in dessicated coconut and roast for 30 seconds.
- Add in jaggery sugar, milk, cardamom powder, fennels seeds.
- Mix until well combined.
- Remove from the pan and transfer to plate.
- Line the modak moulds with ghee
- Make modaks with the help of modak moulds while the mixture in still warm.
- Once done, remove from the mould .
- Serve at your conevenince. Store in an air tight container.
