Sattu Roti Recipe|Renu dalal

INGREDIENTS

  • ½ Cup Sattu Flour
  • 1 tbsp Whole wheat flour
  • 1 tbsp Curd
  • Pinch of hing (optional)
  • 1 tsp oil
  • Salt to taste

METHOD

  1. Mix all the ingredients and knead a soft dough with 3 tbsp warm water.
  2. Rest the dough for 10 minutes.
  3. Divide the dough into 4 portions and roll out thin rotis.
  4. Heat the pan and cook the roti on both sides.
  5. Serve hot with dal or subzi.
