STRAWBERRY BISCUIT PUDDING
Enjoy this amazing dessert, which can be made in a jiffy and is very tasty! Filled with cream, biscuit and fresh strawberries! It’s a treat for your eyes too. This can be a go to dessert recipe, so easy to make and is very tasty too! Do try it while the strawberries are fresh and in season.

INGREDIENTS
8 to 10 Marie Biscuits
6 Strawberries Sliced
4 tbsp Strawberry Crush
2 Cups Whipped Cream
For garnish
¼ Cup Chopped Strawberries
Strawberry crush
METHOD
Take a 6 inch cake tin or a glass bowl and layer with Marie biscuits evenly.
Stick some sliced strawberries to all sides around the tin.
Add Cup Whipped cream on the biscuit layer and spread evenly.
Top up with sliced strawberries and strawberry crush.
Again layer the biscuits, followed by whipped cream and spread evenly.
Finish by garnishing with chopped strawberries and strawberry crush.
Refrigerate for 1 hour and serve cold.
