STRAWBERRY BISCUIT PUDDING

STRAWBERRY BISCUIT PUDDING Recipe|Renu dalal

INGREDIENTS

  • 8 to 10 Marie Biscuits
  • 6 Strawberries Sliced
  • 4 tbsp Strawberry Crush
  • 2 Cups Whipped Cream

For garnish

  • ¼ Cup Chopped Strawberries
  • Strawberry crush

METHOD

  1. Take a 6 inch cake tin or a glass bowl and layer with Marie biscuits evenly.
  2. Stick some sliced strawberries to all sides around the tin.
  3. Add Cup Whipped cream on the biscuit layer and spread evenly.
  4. Top up with sliced strawberries and strawberry crush.
  5. Again layer the biscuits, followed by whipped cream and spread evenly.
  6. Finish by garnishing with chopped strawberries and strawberry crush.
  7. Refrigerate for 1 hour and serve cold.
