INGREDIENTS
2 tbsp Chia seeds (soak for 1 hour)
½ Cup chopped strawberries
½ cup milk
2 tbsp jaggery sugar
For garnish
2 tbsp roasted chopped almonds
METHOD
In a blender jar mix together milk, strawberries and jaggery sugar.
In a tall glass add in soaked chia seeds and the milkshake.
Stir well and garnish with roasted chopped almonds.
Serve cold.
