- 2 tbsp strawberry puree
- 1 cup soda water chilled
- ½ tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 tsp chopped basil leaves
For garnish
METHOD
- Mix all the ingredients together.
- Garnish with basil leaves.
- Serve chilled.
