Sweet Poha Prasad

INGREDIENTS
- 1 Cup Poha
- ¾ Cup Milk
- ¼ Cup Jaggery
- 1/3 Cup Dessicated Coconut
- 1 tbsp Ghee
- 1 tbsp Roasted Cashew nut
- 1 tbsp Roasted Raisins
- ¼ tsp Cardamom powder
- ¼ tsp Fennel powder
METHOD
- In a pan heat ghee and sauté dessicated coconut for 30 seconds.
- Add in poha and sauté for a minute.
- Add in milk, mix well and cover with a lid.
- Let the poha soak up the milk and soften up.
- Add in jaggery, cardamom powder, fennel powder and mix well.
- Cook for 2 minutes until jaggery melts and serve hot.
