Sweet Poha Prasad

INGREDIENTS
1 Cup Poha
¾ Cup Milk
¼ Cup Jaggery
1/3 Cup Dessicated Coconut
1 tbsp Ghee
1 tbsp Roasted Cashew nut
1 tbsp Roasted Raisins
¼ tsp Cardamom powder
¼ tsp Fennel powder
METHOD
In a pan heat ghee and sauté dessicated coconut for 30 seconds.
Add in poha and sauté for a minute.
Add in milk, mix well and cover with a lid.
Let the poha soak up the milk and soften up.
Add in jaggery, cardamom powder, fennel powder and mix well.
Cook for 2 minutes until jaggery melts and serve hot.
