TASTY MUSHROOMS
These mushrooms make a great breakfast. Mushrooms have many health benefits. This recipe is a favourite of mine. You won’t be able to resist these mushrooms once you try them! All mushroom lover’s this is the dish for you, a yummy breakfast option which is healthy too. you can have this as it is or layered on a buttered toast and enjoy as a snack!

Makes
Serves – 2 to 3
INGREDIENTS
2 cups boiled and chopped mushrooms
2 tsp olive oil
½ tsp green chiiiles
4 tbsp chopped onions
Salt to taste
4 tbsp chopped tomatoes
½ Tsp Oregano
A drop of Tabasco
1 tbsp Chopped Parsley
METHOD
In a vessel , heat oil ,add oregano and onions and saute for 15 seconds.
Add in tomatoes and green chillies, mix well.
Add in the boiled mushrooms and parsley and cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
Add a drop of tobasaco and stir well
Serve hot with slices of toast
