TASTY MUSHROOMS
These mushrooms make a great breakfast. Mushrooms have many health benefits. This recipe is a favourite of mine. You won’t be able to resist these mushrooms once you try them! All mushroom lover’s this is the dish for you, a yummy breakfast option which is healthy too. you can have this as it is or layered on a buttered toast and enjoy as a snack!

Serves – 2 to 3
INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups boiled and chopped mushrooms
- 2 tsp olive oil
- ½ tsp green chiiiles
- 4 tbsp chopped onions
- Salt to taste
- 4 tbsp chopped tomatoes
- ½ Tsp Oregano
- A drop of Tabasco
- 1 tbsp Chopped Parsley
METHOD
- In a vessel , heat oil ,add oregano and onions and saute for 15 seconds.
- Add in tomatoes and green chillies, mix well.
- Add in the boiled mushrooms and parsley and cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
- Add a drop of tobasaco and stir well
- Serve hot with slices of toast
