treat. An amazing recipe, especially if you love thandai! You have to try this, a very tasty and an easy recipe. The thandai paste is the main base for this shrikhand! Just so refreshing with fennel seeds and that nutty flavor from.the almonds and pistachios it is so good. you’ve got to try it!

THANDAI SHRIKHAND Recipe|Renu dalal

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 ½ cups yoghurt
  • 4 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 5 tbsp thandai paste
  • 2 tsp rose syrup
  • ½ tsp cardamon powder
  • 2 tbsp sliced pistachio

For garnish

  • Sliced pistachio
  • Rose petals

METHOD

  1. Hang the yoghurt in a wet cloth for 2 hours
  2. Add rest of the ingredients and mix well.
  3. Refrigerate and chill for 2 hours.

To serve

  1. Garnish with pistachio nuts and rose petal and serve.
