Thecha Aloo Pattice
Dive into the world of bold and authentic Maharashtrian flavors with our Thecha Aloo Pattice, a snack that combines tradition, spice, and comfort in every bite. Made with a soft, creamy potato base, each pattice is carefully stuffed with a fiery thecha filling, crafted from freshly pounded green chilies, aromatic garlic, and roasted peanuts, blended with just the right amount of oil and spices. The pattice is then pan-fried to achieve a perfectly golden and crispy exterior, while the inside remains soft and bursting with a smoky, spicy kick that warms your palate.
