Thecha Aloo Pattice Recipe|Renu dalal

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup mashed boiled potato
  • 1 ½ tbsp Thecha
  • 1 tbsp Chopped Coriander
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped onions
  • 4 tbsp powdered bread crumbs
  • Salt to taste

Other ingredients

  • Oil for shallow frying

METHOD

  1. In a plate mix all the ingredients to make a dough.
  2. Make round patties from this.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry them until golden brown.
  4. Flip and cook on both the sides.
  5. Serve hot with thecha or ketchup.
