A fusion twist to an all time favourite starter recipe and I’m sure everyone loves it. The classic cheese balls turned into spicy mouth melting Thecha Cheese Balls. Made with homemade thecha these cheese balls are all you need for a quick monsoon snack to wow your guests. A perfect recipe brought together by mixing the two classic flavour bombs – Thecha & Cheese. Soft and gooey from the inside, hard and crunchy from the outside. This cheese ball recipe is a foolproof recipe and works every single time. Crispy and golden on the outside, soft and creamy on the inside, these deep fried Thecha Cheese Balls are like a dream come true.

INGREDIENTS
1 ½ Cups Grated Cheese
¾ cup Breadcrumbs
1 tbsp Maida
2 tbsp cornflour
1 tbsp Thecha
2 tbsp chopped coriander
Oil for frying
METHOD
In a plate, add in all the ingredients.
Mix and knead a dough.
Divide the dough into equal pieces.
Heat oil for frying and fry these cheese balls on medium flame.
Serve hot with ketchup or pizza sauce.
