TIL KA CHIKKI
Sesame seeds has many health benefits, makes a healthy and tasty bite. Makar Sankranti special, do make this and enjoy with your loved one’s.
It is very healthy and tasty too. Til also known as Sesame Seeds are very healthy and nutritious. This chikki is made from jaggery and hence gives that caramel flavor.
Do try it and let us know how you like it. Store in a jar and eat at your convenience.

INGREDIENTS
1 tsp ghee
2 tbsp jaggery
½ cup sesame seeds
METHOD
In a non-stick pan roast the sesame seeds for 2 to 3 minutes.
Heat the ghee in a vessel add the jaggery and saute till the jaggery melts.
Stir till you get a thick consistency.
Take the vessel off the gas and add the til.
Place parchment paper and roll out the mixture.
Let it cool slightly and cut in pieces.
