Washing and cleaning strawberries properly is very important. Cleaning strawberries with
vinegar and baking soda helps to destroy bacteria and mold spores that eventually spoil the
fruit. The idea is that by removing these impurities, strawberries will stay fresher longer.
Ingredients –
8-10 Strawberries
¾ Cup Water
1 tsp White vinegar
¼ tsp Baking Soda
Method-
1. In a bowl add in the strawberries.
2. Add in the baking soda, white vinegar and water.
3. Stir and let it sit for 5-7 minutes.
4. Impurities start coming out from the strawberries.
5. Once the water turns dirty, strain and pour over some normal water on the strawberries and use when needed.
